B.L.O.G? = Bullshit Like Our Government??
So here it goes… the first Strange Habits Blog ever. If you know us then you probably could guess that we didnt want it to have to come to this. In fact, If we had it our way people would call each other instead of texting and KNOWONE would go on World of Warcraft dates EVER. But here we are, and we want you to know that we dont know what we think, but we think that you should know that we think about what you want to know. Mhmm, thats the size of it.
We’ve been working around the clock in our home studio to write, record, produce and mix music that we think is good enough for you to listen to, rock out to, get over it, and then sheepishly grin at your friends when they discover it on your Ipod. Its OK we all have our phases :)
One thing we’ve noticed though is that alot of music these days grows the way a tree does right: A seed is planted, It sprouts, takes forever to develop into a strong solid object and when it reaches its peak people with chainsaws come along to chop it into a million peices so it can be shipped off to build tacky little shopping malls all over Arizona. Its scary, especially if you’re a minority. We say fuck the border, and fuck Mathew Bellamy!! If you’re reading this Matt…we are very VERY disappointed in you and the rest of your band…..I hope you wish you could take it all back. Enough said.
Anyways, despite all that, we’re really excited to be part of the underground rock/hip-hop/punk scene (it does exist… i promise). California is where it’s at (i hope that answers that question for all of you mid-westerners) Detroits cool too…snow and…stuff. We do miss all our friends back home and we’ll definitely set-up at show back home sometime in 2011. Wells thats about all ive got for now, Thats pretty much exactly what was going through my head. I mean Strange Habits Head…We’ll talk soon! Until then… Life is short, spend your money ;)
